Job Description

The Service and Product Consultant will execute the retail service program in our Corporate Stores.  The goal of the SPC Program is to increase client satisfaction, decrease churn and improve overall store efficiencies. He will be responsible for the delivery of in-store Client Care and Product Care responsibilities related to post-sales and service support. Support functions performed by the Service and Product Consultant include handling returns, repairs, OTC exchanges, software flashing, phonebook transfers, store level client care and administrative responsibilities such as cash deposit reconciliation, payroll entries and others. 

Responsibilities

·         Handles all service inquiries within the store’s control.

·         Provides product advice and assistance for all lines of business including mobility, satellite and internet where applicable.

·         Provides advice for add-on products such as accessories, additional services like Fun Bundles, or anything else to improve the post-sales experience.

·         Takes every opportunity to offer additional services to clients to improve client retention.

·         Handles client escalations and acts as liaison between the client and Client Care.

·         Follows daily POS opening procedures

·         Follows daily POS closings procedures including balancing cash.

·         Ensure that all cash discrepancies are investigated and reported with SM sign off

·         Completes daily bank deposits

·         Assists in the preparation of serialized inventory counts with RGIS

·         Identifies causes for discrepancies between on-hand quantities and inventory report.

·         Places inventory orders for exceptions above forecasted push inventory orders

·         Receives inventory into POS

·         Organizes backroom stock by manufacturer

Qualifications

·         Retail or Customer Service experience in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Flexible to work day, evening and weekend shifts, based on business needs

·         Flexible to work with a 35km radius of original store of hire

·         Comfortable with technology such computers, mobile devices and digital merchandising

·         Report to a Assistant and Store Manager

·         PQ Only – Bilingualism in French and English

Description d’emploi

Le conseiller – services et produits exécutera le nouveau programme Services et produits – assistance (SPA) dans nos magasins de l’entreprise. L’objectif du programme SPA est d’accroître la satisfaction des clients, de réduire le désabonnement et d’améliorer l’efficacité globale du magasin. Le conseiller – services et produits sera chargé de mettre en œuvre des programmes de service après-vente et d’entretien des produits.

Fonctions de soutien du conseiller – services et produits :

·         Traiter les retours, les réparations, les échanges au comptoir, la mise à jour des micrologiciels et le transfert des données de répertoires téléphoniques d’appareils

·         Assumer des responsabilités administratives, telles que le rapprochement des dépôts bancaires, l’expédition et la réception, etc.

Responsabilités    

·         Offrir un service face à face à nos clients selon le nouveau modèle de service après-vente conçu pour les magasins de l’entreprise et les politiques et procédures des magasins.

·         Servir nos clients au comptoir de service ou dans le coin SPA (le cas échéant) du magasin pour offrir le meilleur service après-vente qui soit à nos clients.

·         Gérer efficacement les stocks d’appareils de prêt du programme SPA, les appareils échangés au comptoir et le renouvellement des stocks et effectuer toute autre tâche liée aux stocks relative au comptoir de service ou au coin SPA.

·         Exécuter des fonctions d’entretien des produits, y compris :

·         Dépannage des produits défectueux

·         Traitement des retours et des réparations

·         Échanges au comptoir

·         Mise à jour de micrologiciels et transferts de répertoires téléphoniques

·         Autres fonctions au besoin

·         Résoudre les problèmes de service à la clientèle directement ou en adressant les clients au service approprié.

·         Offrir une information de base aux clients pour réduire le nombre de retours, améliorer la performance des produits et améliorer le RMPU.

·         Faire la promotion et la vente de produits et services (accessoires, garanties prolongées, ensembles Amusement, etc.) pour améliorer le RMPU et réduire le désabonnement.

·         Effectuer des tâches en arrière-boutique, telles que le traitement des retours, les dénombrements, la gestion des appareils de prêt et d’autres fonctions administratives générales du magasin.

Exigences   

·         Au moins 2 ans d’expérience à servir les clients dans un milieu de vente au détail ou dans un centre d’appels

·         Expérience de la vente ou du service après-vente des produits et services sans fil

·         Une expérience de travail chez un détaillant dans le domaine des télécommunications constitue un atout

• Data and information reporting, weekly summary reports outlining territory activities

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (written and oral)

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize

• Excellent presentation skills
• Relevant Cosmetics experience is preferred
• 3-5 years of sales experience (retail is an asset)
• Merchandising experience is an asset

• Ability to work Part time flexible hours during the Mon – Fri, 9-5 timeframe
• Valid drivers license, access to the exclusive use of a reliable vehicle
