Technical Lead
Your passion is to lead and coach a team in the design and development of new solutions. You enjoy working cohesively with multi-disciplinary teams to define and design information technology solutions to business problems.
Responsibilities:
· Assist Management to further build and develop a highly skilled team
· Implement, review and improve the appropriate processes, tools and standards for development
· Assist Management in the interview process for hiring new staff
· Supervise development, coding, installation, testing, debugging, and documenting of applications using appropriate processes, tools and standards
· Lead and coach a team in the design and development of new solutions as well as enhancements to existing solutions
· Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new applications into existing systems and software
· Ensure that systems development projects meet business and technical requirements and goals fulfill end-user requirements
· Lead team in diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with existing applications
· Assist Management with preparation of project estimates, including high level analysis of impact to other activities and/or systems
· Provide technical expertise, guidance and training to team members; direct team members on the implementation process
· Act as point of escalation on assigned projects
· Work with internal IT groups, vendors and other third parties to define and design information technology solutions to business problems
· Research and recommend products and services in support of procurement and development efforts
Qualifications:
· Ability to adapt to, and work effectively within a variety of situations and with various individuals or groups
· Minimum 10 years experience in a Technical Lead role
· Advanced knowledge of Flash, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and ActionScript
· Working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, LightWave, 3D Max, Articulate, WaveLab, Adobe Priemere Pro, DreamWeaver and Captivate
· Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple initiatives, projects and deadlines
· Excellent listening and communication skills
